Primary Responsibilities

The coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining bills of materials within our manufacturing system.

The ideal candidate should have a thorough knowledge and working background in manufacturing and standard manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to correcting documentation, quality and manufacturing issues.  Determining costs of products by establishing standard costs and collecting operational data.  Will also guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures, computing component costs by analyzing labor, material and time.

Should be able to multitask, remain flexible to shifting priorities and possess excellent communication skills.

Providing assistance in the quoting process while supporting engineering, production and purchasing teams.

Requirements

  • Able to work in a small team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Product
  • Understanding of Engineering Practices and bills of material development
  • Highly organized
  • Capable of Multitasking
  • Self Motivated
  • Autocad & Solidworks skills a plus
  • AS degree or equivalent technical training
  • BS/BA preferred

 

Experience

Minimum 3 - 5 years of applicable experience

Previous costing and estimating experience a plus
